The "Verified" badge on certain provider listings indicates that we have taken additional steps to confirm the provider's information. However, this verification does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of the provider's services, qualifications, or expertise.

4. Provider Submission System

Our website includes a provider submission form that allows users to anonymously submit information about healthcare providers. Submissions are processed through our API and sent to our Discord server for manual review.

By submitting provider information, you represent and warrant that:

• The information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You have the right to submit the information
• The submission does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• The submission does not infringe on any third-party rights
• You understand that submissions are reviewed manually and may take time to process

We reserve the right to review, edit, or reject any submissions at our sole discretion. We may remove any provider information from our directory at any time for any reason.
